Due to ongoing growth & success they are seeking a senior Estimator to join their team, estimating for bespoke builds valued from $4mil . THE ROLE: Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to: Work independently in preparing detailed estimates, tender submissions, and cost plans Performing quantity take-offs and scope reviews from drawings and specifications Obtaining, evaluating, and negotiating subcontractor and supplier quotes Preparing trade break-downs, comparison schedules and tender qualifications Assisting with budget development, early design cost advice, and value engineering Maintaining accurate cost data and benchmarking across multiple trade categories Supporting the business with strategy on competitive tendering and market positioning Excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders working closely with all internal and supporting teams.
